Almost certainly, your first point of contact at either of our practices will be one of our friendly, highly trained and caring receptionists.  Under the leadership of Reception Manager, Lynn Johnston, they aim to assist you quickly, efficiently and with a smile.  Similarly, the day-to-day running of the business, under the direction of our Business Development Manager, Eleanor Grafton, is carried out with care and professionalism by the admin team.  We believe our client services to be as important as our provision of clinical care.
