We provide a door-to-door conveyance service for clients who have difficulty bringing their pet to the surgery for routine appointments or hospital admissions. Our specially adapted, air-conditioned people carrier ensures comfort and safety for passengers.
Who can use this service?
Any pet and owner who have an appointment with one of our first opinion vets, nurses or specialists can use this service. If your pet has been referred to a specialist outside of Broadleys we are also happy to provide transport to the location of that specialist.
How do I request Patient Transport?
You can request patient transport by calling Broadleys Veterinary Hospital on 01786 445 665 at least 24 hours before you need to be transported. If a client or vet feels that a patient is unstable they should make this clear when arranging transport so we can determine if it would be safe to transport the pet with medical supervision and try and arrange this for the trip.
How do I cancel transport?
If you need to cancel transportation please call Broadleys Vet Hospital on 01786 445 665. We ask that you try and give us as much notice as possible.
For more information or pricing please call 01786 445 665.
There is a charge for this service which is available to and from the hospital in Stirling or our Dunblane clinic.
